Our Production

Our Estate spans 30 hectares, with 5 hectares dedicated to a rich mix of grape varieties—ranging from traditional local grapes to renowned international classics, along with sparkling varieties we’re proud to revive. We also grow olive trees, producing our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Cabellut Wines

Our vineyards feature a mix of old and young vines, ranging in age from about 65 to 10 years. Among them are the traditional Cava varieties—Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada. In more recent plantings, we’ve introduced internationally recognized grapes such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnatxa, and Chardonnay. Each of our wine labels is uniquely illustrated by Belgian artist Mia Bruyninckx, who intricately etched the leaves of our grapevines to create the designs.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Arbequina olive is a signature variety of Catalonia, named after Arbeca, a town in the Lleida province of the region. Known for its resilience to the coastal winds of Catalonia, the Arbequina olive offers delicate, mild organoleptic flavors.

Our extra virgin olive oil boasts tasting notes of green almonds, fresh tomato, herbs, and lettuce. It pairs beautifully with fish dishes, as well as both vegetable and fruit salads.

Our Values

  • Q

    Quality

We employ the latest technologies and best practices to ensure our wines are crafted to the highest quality. Every detail—from bottles and corks to labels and packaging—is carefully selected to reflect Cabellut’s commitment to both sustainability and refined luxury.

  • S

    Sustainability

At our boutique vineyard, we’re deeply committed to respecting nature and giving back as much as we receive from the earth. Sustainability lies at the heart of our business model and guides our selection of partners.

  • O

    Organic

We use only products permitted in organic farming, both in the vineyard and the winery. Chemical substances are avoided throughout all processes, and we strive to minimize the use of sulfites as much as possible.

  • B

    Biodynamic

Guided by the rhythms of nature and the lunar calendar, the vineyard is embracing holistic, chemical-free practices that nurture soil health and vine vitality. Though not yet certified, each step is taken with care and intention, laying the groundwork for a more vibrant and sustainable future — both in the vineyard and in the glass.
